This document sets forth the Artwork Systems Online Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") for this web site, www.certifiedpdf.net (the "Site"). Changes in Privacy Policy All "personal information" ("personal information" is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains) that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. Artwork Systems reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. If as the result of a material change, you want to alter the ways in which Artwork Systems is allowed to use your personal information, you can do so by following the procedure described in the notification that will be posted on the site if a material change should occur. Business Transfer If Artwork Systems sells assets (or the assets of a division or subsidiary) to another entity, or Artwork Systems (or a division or subsidiary) is acquired by, or merged with, another entity, Artwork Systems may provide to such entity customer information that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity. The subscriber's information will not be automatically shared with a contributor unless the subscriber has indicated to have their information shared by updating their privacy preference. In order for anyone to view any information about the contributor, the contributor needs to fill out that information in the "personal page info". The fields on this page are all optional. A contributor can choose which fields to fill out. The fields that are filled out will then be viewable to both the contributors and subscribers.
